Canadian Solar 620W

The Canadian Solar 620W solar panel represents the cutting edge of PV module technology, utilizing N-type TOPCon cells and a bifacial design for enhanced performance. This panel’s 132 half-cut N-type cells (66 full cells) can produce 620 W of front-side power at STC, with an impressive module efficiency around 22.8%–23.0%. As a bifacial module, it can capture additional energy from the rear side when installed over reflective surfaces (e.g. concrete, snow - up to ~80% of front yield under ideal conditions) making it well-suited for utility-scale solar farms aiming for maximum output and lower LCOE. The 620W TOPBiHiKu6 is built with dual 2.0 mm tempered glass (glass-glass) for durability and has superior resistance to LID and PID thanks to its N-type cell chemistry.
